L'oratorio risale al secolo XV e all'interno sono custoditi affreschi risalenti ai secoli XV e XVI, tra cui spicca l'affresco dell'ultima cena. Dal poggio si gode una veduta stupenda sul vicino lago di Como. È stata possibile la visita interna della chiesa in quanto erano in corso i preparativi dell'annuale festa del 16 agosto in onore di San Rocco. Rivolgo l'invito a visitarla. Per anni il 16 agosto,per la festa di San Rocco,andavamo con mio figlio per la festa e per mangiare la polenta invia e le costine. Quest'anno la sagra è stata sospesa per il covid19,non so come sarà nei prossimi anni perché lo spazio disponibile si è molto ridotto,perdendo inevitabilmente di 'poesia'. La chiesetta con pregiati affreschi è chiusa. Ci si arriva a questà localita dalla frazione Posallo (Colico), presso la trattoria Posallo dove la strada finisce. Poi si attraversa a piedi su una assicella il trorrente Perlino ed in dolce salita si arriva a San Rocco in 15 minuti.
