Really excellent spit-roasted chicken and baked potatoes, very friendly staff, highly recommended place in a strategic position in the Tuscolana area.

L'ordine dopo due telefonate di sollecito mi è arrivato con 1 ora di ritardo, il titolare al telefono si è scusato e mi ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto uno sconto. Peccato che quando è arrivato il ragazzo mi ha chiesto più di quanto mi era stato detto al telefono, ho chiamato subito nuovamente il titolare almeno nella speranza di pagare il giusto ed invece ho dovuto pagare 4 euro in più rispetto a quanto mi era stato comunicato (e per fortuna che per scusarsi voleva farmi uno sconto)... Quindi ho ricevuto l'ordine con un ora di ritardo e l'ho pagato 4 euro in più. Ciliegina sulla torta appena abbiamo iniziato a mangiare il pollo era veramente duro, come legnoso e non è stato possibile mangiare nulla. Risultato ho preso il secchio e ho buttato il pollo intero. Grazie mille per il vostro pessimo servizio e bassa professionalità. Mai più! Terrible! I placed an order from them for the third time but it was literally a disaster. The order after two reminder calls arrived 1 hour late, the owner on the phone apologized and told me he would give me a discount. Too bad that when the boy arrived he asked me more than I was told on the phone, I immediately called the owner again at least in the hope of paying the right and instead I had to pay 4 euros more than what I was told ( and luckily he wanted to give me a discount to apologize) ... So I received the order an hour late and paid 4 euros more for it. To top it off as soon as we started eating the chicken was really tough, like woody and it was not possible to eat anything. Result I took the bucket and I threw the whole chicken. Thank you so much for your bad service and low professionalism. Never again!

Mancava da quasi 20 anni nella capitale incomprensibilmente sostituito dai polli duri stoppacciosi e di gomma di vari supermercati, mistero il perché i romani si sono fatti sottrarre da sotto il naso quella festa per le papille gustative. Comunque torniamo a noi qui da Chicken House si respira l'aria di una volta il profumo della legna la passione di chi tutti i giorni si alza dal letto con l'intento di saziare i palati più difficili e fini amanti del casereccio del cibo da strada. Qui siamo d'innanzi al maestro Alessandro che con la sua sapienza vi favorirà polli allo spiedo come mai avete mangiato croccanti e succulenti profumati e bellissimi anche a vedersi. Il suo tocco una salsina speciale, la sua arma segreta le patate al forno che insieme alle verdure grigliate sono una un piacere dietro l'altro. Signori qui si parla di una esperienza culinaria da fare, da non perdere. Per concludere nel locale regna ordine pulizia e cortesia che non guastano mai e di questi tempi non è sempre scontato trovarli tutti e tre insieme nello stesso posto. D	David B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In passato ho frequentato il locale molto spesso; tornato dopo un po' di tempo trovo un pollo che è passato da ottimo a mediocre, patate servite completamente bruciate e una beffa finale: il mio ordine corrispondeva esattamente a un menù promozionale ma mi è stato fatto pagare tutto a prezzo pieno; la colpa è mia che non mi ero accorto, ma l'attenzione al cliente la trovo comunque decisamente calata. Ciliegina sulla torta: POS non funzionante. eh, queste banche... Pollo non è quello dell' Esselunga o della coop, si sente che è un pollo di qualità ed è cotto al girarrosto a legna che gli da un sapore unico. Le patate al forno sono davvero divine, spesse e leggermente bruciacchiate come piacciono a me. La cortesia qui poi è di casa. I proprietari sono davvero gentile ed accomodanti. Posto veramente consigliato se si vuole mangiare un pollo come quello delle rosticcerie anni 90 Reference point for several months now. The. K	KOEKA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing find in Rome...we were walking along the A line and decided to take a left to see what was in the area for dinner and did we ever luck out finding this place...you can smell the wood burning open fire pit from the street...the chicken was amazing to the point we took a whole one with the amazing vegetable side orders back to our AirBnb. I had the ribs and sausage which were also very good..this place easily can compete and IMO AND beat out the chicken rotisserie back in the States

They cook all the chicken on a real wood fire rotisserie, and the grilled veggies and oven baked potatoes are also delicious! Two thumbs up, and definitely recommended!
