★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commessa antipatica e una inesistente. Comunque quando uno fa una domanda e ti chiede cortesemente di guardare un saldo per piacere, se noi sei in grado non rispondere con maleducazione. Ricordati il cliente a comunque sempre ragione. Perché siamo noi a pagare il vostro stipendio.
Unpleasant and non-existent order. However when one asks a question and politely asks you to look at a balance for pleasure, if we are able to not respond with rudeness. Remember the customer, however, always right. Because we are the ones who pay your salary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al di là dello specifico punto vendita, trovo la Chicco decisamente meno conveniente di altre catene. Gli sconti e le offerte praticate sono architettate in modo da farti spendere anziché risparmiare. Clamoroso il caso dei "25€ di sconto ogni 50€ di spesa", offerta peraltro presentataci in modo fuorviante per ben due volte (prima al conseguimento e poi all'utilizzo dello sconto) dall'addetto del negozio. Molto meglio Prenatal secondo me.
Beyond the specific point of sale, I find Chicco much less convenient than other chains. The discounts and offers made are designed to make you spend rather than save. The case of the "25 € discount for every 50 € of expenditure" is sensational, an offer presented to us in a misleading way twice (first upon obtaining and then using the discount) by the shop assistant. Much better Prenatal in my opinion.

Competent and helpful staff. Excellent value for money. The restaurant is really well cared for and welcoming. In the immediate vicinity there are various activities. From the pharmacy to a truly excellent hairdresser. Absolutely to try. You will not regret it.
