Avevo un appuntamento venerdì, sono uscito anche prima da lavoro e non venuti. Non si degnano nemmeno di avvisare. Assolutamente da evitare Very rude and arrogant on the phone. Servizio verso i clienti da migliorare, con me si sono dimostrati dei veri maleducati. Listino prezzi non è esposto da nessuna parte, chissà forse ad uno che è loro amico fanno un prezzo ad un altro un prezzo diverso. Scontrino nemmeno l'ombra. a	alessandra nardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ una sgarbatezza fuori dal comune, una maleducazione tale da farmi pensare che non hanno bisogno di lavorare perché se uno ha davvero bisogno non tratta i clienti in questo modo. Mi reco lunedì per ordinare la legna, piccoli ciocchi non più di 30cm per una stufa per l appunto PICCOLA (è il 3 inverno che ci forniamo da loro) e veniamo trattati male come se invece di essere clienti fossimo gente che è entrata nel negozio per dar fastidio, ci viene detto che la legna verra consegnata il giorno seguente di pomeriggio, rimandiamo due impegni per essere in casa a sistemare la legna ma ovviamente non arriva niente e nessuno. telefoniamo e ci viene detto che sicuro al 100% venerdì mattina ce la portano, venerdì telefoniamo per avere la conferma che passeranno e ci viene detto di no che arriverà sabato intorno a mezzogiorno, ssabato alle 8.30 telefona che è sotto casa, chiedo di scaricare la legna in un punto e mi viene scaricata in una pozza d acqua e ovviamente di 5 quintali forse ci sono 10/15 ciocchi delle dimensioni che avevo richiesto. Mai piu e mai poi! peccato perché la legna è di buona qualità anche se sempre umida....ah ovviamente lo scontrino non esiste. a rudeness out of the ordinary, a rudeness that makes me think that they don't need to work because if you really need it, you don't treat your customers that way. Pagato 2 cassette, ben lontane dal mezzo quintale, 15 euro, ( loro la fanno 20 euro al quintale), dopo che l'ho fatto notare mi è stato risposto che ĺì non siamo al supermercato. Infatti di scontrini nemmeno l'ombra. If you need wood, go to another place.
