★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta in questo punto vendita per riparare un elettrodomestico. Sono stata accolta da una persona anziana, molto probabilmente il proprietario,
ho spiegato il problema dell ettrodomestico e ho spiegato che avevo anche il pezzo di ricambio... Mi sono sentita rispondere che non sapeva neanche dove mettere le mani e di andare in quella catena dove lo ho comprato... che bisogna informarsi prima di comprare in quei negozi perché siamo ignoranti a quel punto ho preso la mia borsa e me ne sono andata non volendo polemizzare e portando rispetto verso un anziano... non contento ha continuato dicendo pure parolaccie finché ho chiuso la porta e non lo ho più sentito.
Maleducato, non professionale bastava che dicesse: no signora non ripariamo questa marca.

I went to this store to repair an appliance. I was greeted by an elderly person, most likely the owner,
I explained the appliance problem and I explained that I also had the spare part ... I was told that I didn't even know where to put my hands and to go to that chain where I bought it ... that you need to find out before buying in those shops because we are ignorant at that point I took my bag and left not wanting to argue and showing respect towards an elderly person ... not happy he continued saying even bad words until I closed the door and I didn't hear him anymore.
Rude, unprofessional it was enough for him to say: no ma'am we don't repair this brand.
