m	michelle molaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fissai un mese fa un colloquio la mattina per il pomeriggio per una posizione lavorativa aperta.Appena arrivata la impiegata mora neanche si ricordava che c era l appuntamento e durante tutto il colloquio durato si e no 5 minuti mi ha trattata con netta sufficenza e facendomi due domande in croce sulle mie esperienze senza neanche visionare il curriculum e sembrava non volesse dirmi nessuna info sul lavoro per cui ero andata per liquidarmi il prima possibile.Prima di mettere persone cosi a selezionare candidati in cerca di occupazione e' meglio che imparino a fare il loro lavoro prima o che vadano a fare altro. A month ago I set an interview in the morning for the afternoon for an open job position.As soon as the brunette employee arrived, she didn't even remember that there was an appointment and during the whole interview that lasted 5 minutes she treated me with clear enough and made me two cross questions about my experiences without even viewing the curriculum and seemed to not want to tell me any info on the job I went for to liquidate me as soon as possible. their work first or that they go to do something else.

Dovrebbe essere più umile come persona perché come loro danno lavoro a noi loro mangiano grazie a NOI. Responsabile VERO!!! (uomo) iniziale nome(S) persona Super!!! Davvero disponibile e molto umile. Ragazza spesso sulla scrivania a destra all entrata principale, iniziale del nome ( M ) persona Eccezionale. La migliore per presentare il proprio CV. Dovrebbero darle più slancio di crescita, si mette alla pari della persona con cui si interfaccia, e cerca di aiutare sempre il prossimo, almeno con me ha fatto così, molto educata e disponibile. I know well the people who work inside, personal point of view, the girl who goes out of the office to procure customers as well as (she defines herself responsible for the Cervignano branch) initial of the name (I) is a rude to say the least, little professionalism, for work in an OFFICE !!! such as (openjobmetis) goes to sympathy and is a lawyer of the lost causes to work in an employment agency. It should be more humble as a person because as they employ us they eat thanks to US. Responsible TRUE !!! (man) initial name (S) Super person !!! Really helpful and very humble. Girl often on the desk to the right at the main entrance, initial of the name (M) Exceptional person. The best to present your CV. They should give you more momentum for growth, put yourself on a par with the person with whom you interface, and try to always help others, at least with me you did so, very polite and helpful.

Mi chiamano alle 12 per fissare un colloquio alle 13 e poi?? Fatto il colloquio non mi hanno più fatto sapere se andava o non andava.. La professionalità pari a zero... Per quello che mi riguarda è l'atteggiamento prosociale che mi induce a scegliere un'agenzia piuttosto che un'altra. Quando mi sono recata ad Openjobmetis SpA ero abbastanza scettica per le recenti esperienze avute in altre agenzie, eppure mi sono dovuta ricredere. In particolare sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dal colloquio con Micaela: mi sembrava di stare a una seduta psicologica per quanto mi trasmettesse fiducia e ascolto attivo. Avere avuto lei nel colloquio è stato fondamentale per me perchè mi ha permesso di esprimermi al meglio, in un clima favorevole che ha messo a tacere il mio essere prevenuta. When I went to Openjobmetis SpA I was quite skeptical about the recent experiences I had in other agencies, yet I had to change my mind. In particular, I was pleasantly surprised by the interview with Micaela: it seemed to me that I was in a psychological session even though it transmitted confidence and active listening to me. Having had her in the interview was fundamental for me because she allowed me to express myself at my best, in a favorable climate that silenced my being biased.
