The food was just okay, overpriced for the taste. The pesto was so oily and not salty enough, the tartar with Sichuan pepper has no taste of the pepper at all. At the end we wanted to order the desserts and waited for at least 15mins but still didn't get the menu! The service is really bad, not matched with the price they have charged.

The only point of criticism we have is that all portions of the 7 courses were much too big and way too sweet overall for our expectations about sea food. We really appreciate the time that was put into preparing all the dishes and the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the overall sweetness and in our opinion lacking acidity (the oyster was the one and only acidic dish in all 7 courses).
A	Anthony Boudreau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent dining experience in Catania! Taste-wise, it doesn’t get any better, and the plates are very well presented. We tried a variety of plates, along with the 7-plate course. All in all, everything was great but it lost a star due to the impersonal atmosphere of the restaurant and the speed of service. We got a mixed plate, carpaccio and tartare as starters and they were all amazing. The tartare was definitely a positive surprise worth giving a try! The pistachio fish was unique and delicious BUT a little overcook maybe, still a pretty good choice. Lots of locals eat there. For outsiders, this is worth trying but a little Italian will definitely come in handy; the staff isn’t exactly fluent in English.
