★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lentissimi e poco organizzati ..per una pinza da portare via non si può aspettare mezz'ora solo per ordinare e 3/4 d'ora per averla . Sono solo in due e stanno fondendo ..servirebbe molto più personale !!
 Very slow and not very organized .. for a pliers to take away you cannot wait half an hour just to order and 3/4 of an hour to get it. There are only two of them and they are merging .. we need a lot more staff !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without any argument the best Pizza we have eaten in Italy. I know they are technically not Pizza but Pinsa, the difference being no wheat flour but maize, rice and I think soya flour but the result was the lightest, most delicious, and let's be honest, the most digestible bread base of any pizza we have tried. Added to which the toppings were creative and only used the freshest of ingredients. They looked stunning and the proof was that not a single slice or crumb was left afterwards. Even assuming you can find Pinsa elsewhere in Catania I doubt that this restaurant can be beaten.
