I highly recommend this beauty center, the owner is really kind and qualified .. I must say that when I am there I feel at home, very clean and refined place.

Risponde di rado al telefono per ottenere un appuntamento per cui, ho dovuto chiamare mille volte per poi lei porsi con toni maleducati e addirittura riagganciare il telefono, negandomi ogni appuntamento, benché io avessi un buono già pagato da scontare di cui lei ha addirittura dubitato. Nemmeno presentandomi presso il negozio si è degnata di aprirmi la porta. Altro che relax.....Non lo consiglierei a nessuno. The rude proprietor is an understatement. Mi sto godendo al massimo le sedute di pressoterapia ricevute in regalo. La titolare è molto disponibile e non capisco chi ha scritto il contrario. Anzi ci sono clienti maleducate che non rispettano gli appuntamenti e pretendono di disdire e prenotare a loro piacimento, nonostante sia stato detto dal principio che gli appuntamenti vanno disdetti almeno 24 ore prima. Per fortuna che non siamo tutte uguali. As soon as I entered the Center the very kind owner immediately put me at ease. Bright, clean and well furnished place. I am enjoying the gift therapy sessions to the fullest. The owner is very helpful and I don't understand who wrote the opposite. Una volta ho saltato l'appuntamento (con più di 24H di anticipo) e ha obiettato il fatto che fossi andata. Aa pergenda cartace cui GUAI a chiedere a che ora e quando è il prossimo appuntamento! Ho notato toni maleducati con chi si presenta li con Groupon e invece tutta carina con chi paga full price...come sentirsi clienti di secondo grado. Alla fine ho rifiutato di recarmi per l'ultimo appuntamento. Altro che relax. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno. The owner abbstanza rude. Ho iniziato a frequentare questo centro come cliente groupon, ma una volta finito il mio coupon ho continuato a venire . Olga la proprietaria è molto gentile ed attenda, malgrado la maleducazione di alcuni clienti che continuano a spostare gli appuntamenti , creandole disagio con le prenotazioni. Alcune persone si sentono in diritto di essere arroganti e pretenziosi pagando cifre ridicole per le sedute, devono essere consapevoli che i gestori delle aziende che utilizzano groupon non hanno alcun guadagno sulla loro prestazione ma è solo un mezzo per farsi conoscere. Come al solito ci sono i furbetti che passano da una struttura all’altra solo per guadagnare sulla pelle altrui, e per giunta sono i più arroganti.
