Vari prezzi per vari pacchetti peccato che poi i servizi offerti sono gli stessi sia che si paga quello piu completo sia che si prenda quello base. Personale non educato poco cordiale e non preparato. Ti dicono se vai di domenica che hanno da fare troppo ....troppo lavoro per dare delucidazioni su quello che si promette ma poi non esiste. Lo scosiglio vivamente. Terrible. Little hygiene. Small spaces. All that promised in the offers then does not exist. Various prices for various packages, pity that the services offered are the same whether you pay the most complete one or take the basic one. Uneducated staff unfriendly and unprepared. They tell you if you go on Sunday that they have too much to do .... too much work to elucidate what is promised but then it doesn't exist. I strongly recommend it.

Siamo arrivati lì dopo un ora di strada e abbiamo trovato un foglio con su scritto che era chiuso per guasto e a quanto pare abbiamo scoperto che era così da giovedì. Avendo le nostre email e i nostri numeri di telefono potevano avere almeno la decenza di avvisare dato che c'è gente che viene anche da più lontana e si sono fatte ore di strada per trovarlo chiuso. È stato uno spreco di tempo e di denaro in benzina. Ovviamente ci siamo fatti rimborsare almeno. Sconsiglio vivamente di andarci anche perché ho scoperto che era gia successa una cosa simile. Bad. No respect for people. I had booked last Tuesday to go there on Saturday morning. We arrived there after an hour on the road and found a sheet with it written that it was closed due to a breakdown and apparently we discovered that it had been like this since Thursday. Having our emails and our phone numbers they could at least have the decency to warn as there are people who come from further afield and have traveled for hours to find it closed. It was a waste of time and money on gasoline. Obviously we got a refund at least. I strongly advise against going there also because I discovered that something similar had already happened.

Peccato la zona spogliatoio, troppo piccola e poco accessoriata. Un consiglio? Il kit andrebbe completato con ciabattine monouso, non infradito da mare, usate.... l'igiene innanzitutto! The location is nice, well-kept and welcoming spaces, the girls are very kind and professional in their work. Too bad the dressing area, too small and poorly equipped. An advice? The kit should be completed with disposable slippers, not flip flops by the sea, use .... hygiene first!
M	Marco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente intimo e accogliente ma organizzato malissimo. La porta d'ingresso è un corridoio di aria fredda che per l'ospite in accappatoio e costume bagnato è un incubo. Acqua della piscina non abbastanza calda. Spogliatoi che neanche l'oratorio di paese ha mai visto!! Inoltre nel pomeriggio hanno spento riscaldamento e idromassaggio proprio mentre eravamo in vasca e senza darci spiegazioni.Lo sconsiglio vivamente... Intimate and welcoming environment but very badly organized. The front door is a cold air corridor which is a nightmare for the guest in a bathrobe and wet suit. Pool water not hot enough. Changing rooms that not even the village oratory has ever seen !! They also turned off the heating and whirlpool in the afternoon just while we were in the tub and without giving us any explanations.

Ahahah...x non parlare dello spogliatoio: piccolissimo ci stanno al massimo 2 persone e fai fatica a starci dentro talmente il caldo..!!!ho dovuto prender le mie cose e andare a cambiarmi nel bagno pubblico ...in più se c’è tanta gente fai fatica a fare il percorso..! Mi spiace dire che non ne vale proprio la pena, il percorso proposto è brevissimo, con locali piccoli e a volte anche fatiscenti. Il personale composto da due persone (di cui una pure antipatica) o sta alla reception o se deve fare massaggi o altro non trovi nessuno che ti accoglie; ho assistito alla scena di due poveri ragazzi che dopo 15 min di attesa si sono messi a girovagare per la spa in cerca di qualcuno che gli desse assistenza. Unica pecca avrei preferito ambienti un po' più riscaldati. Wellness center not very large but with excellent friendly and helpful staff .. Excellent for a few hours of relaxation .. The only flaw I would have preferred a little more heated environments.

Inoltre ambiente freddo e nel pomeriggio ci hanno spento l'idromassaggio proprio mentre eravamo nella vasca. Per risparmiare la corrente?! Atmospheric and cute environment but the changing rooms are really too small even for just two people! Also cold environment and in the afternoon they turned off the whirlpool while we were in the tub. To save electricity ?!
