 Original and well done place. It offers original and well-prepared dishes. The menu changes often. The Piedmontese Fassona, in tartare ways, is the house specialty. Particularly the fassona sushi. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio non proprio top: il beveraggio va portato subito e possibilmente non vanno versate gocce sul tavolo. Men che meno versato vino rosso nel calice usato per il bianco. Sushi di carne buono come idea ma onestamente la carne é scomparsa: risultato stile all you can eat dove il pesce passa in secondo piano. Menù un pochino povero.
Not exactly top service: the drink must be brought immediately and possibly drops should not be poured on the table. Less than poured red wine into the glass used for the white. Meat sushi as good as an idea but honestly the meat has disappeared: an all you can eat style result where fish takes a back seat. A little poor menu.

Small restaurant with a refined and particular atmosphere. Excellent food with always different proposals! This time we let ourselves be tempted by the meat sushi and hummus with prawns, all delicious! Stra recommended!
