★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche se un po' piccola e con attrezzi un po' datati, rimane pur sempre una delle migliori palestre per bodybuilding e fitness del circondario. La sala pesi è gestita da 3 personal trainers che si alternano durante la giornata. C'è anche uno spazio dedicato al calisthenics o corpo libero oppure al piano superiore si tengono corsi di ogni tipo, dal plates al gag e molto altro ancora. Le docce e la sauna sono sempre gratis. Prezzi super convenienti
Although a bit small and with a bit dated equipment, it still remains one of the best bodybuilding and fitness gyms in the area. The weight room is managed by 3 personal trainers who take turns during the day. There is also a space dedicated to calisthenics or free body or upstairs courses of all kinds are held, from plates to gags and much more. The showers and the sauna are always free.
