La difficoltà a mettersi in contatto (seppure negli orari di apertura degli uffici) il centralino non risponde.
La difficoltà ad avere risposte alle pratiche con tempi indefiniti e contenuti non esaustivi
E' un vero peccato, stiamo parlando della Camera di Commercio, motore di sviluppo e ripresa del tessuto italiano delle piccole e medie imprese.

The difficulty in getting in touch (even during office opening hours) the switchboard does not respond.
The difficulty in obtaining answers to files with indefinite times and non-exhaustive contents
It is a real shame, we are talking about the Chamber of Commerce, the engine of development and recovery of the Italian fabric of small and medium enterprises.
