Arriviamo per tre volte all'anagrafe assistiti al fine di richiedere il pediatra per un neonato in tutti i tre casi un impiegato alle 16. 45 mette un falso cartello nella macchina che consegna i numeri eliminacode che segnala il non funzionamento dell'apparato. In realtà il macchinario funziona correttamente. La seconda volta alle 17.20 ( chiusura ore 17.30) gli impiegati ci comunicano con la sala piena che non funzionano i software di prenotazione. La terza volta finalmente riusciamo ad arrivare allo sportello dove veniamo serviti da un subnormale che non riesce a fornirci le necessarie e corrette informazioni fiscali che ci sono necessarie....
