g	giorgia paganelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo rifugio in mezzo alle piste del comprensorio del Lavarone. Hanno una bella sala all'interno e parecchio spazio sull'esterno. Ho pranzato, e vi dirò che i Canederli erano buonissimi, anche la polenta era molto buona. Poi ho assaggiato qualche liquore, alla mela verde, alla pera, fiori di sambuco e alle fragoline erano divini!! Ma assaggiate anche la grappa alla mela è veramente qualcosa di particolare e squisito. La cortesia è di casa. Il proprietario e le sue figlie sono molto gentili e disponibili. Super consigliato!!! Beautiful refuge in the middle of the slopes of the Lavarone area. They have a nice room inside and a lot of space on the outside. I had lunch, and I will tell you that the Canederli were very good, even the polenta was very good. Then I tasted some liqueur, green apple, pear, elder flowers and strawberries were divine !! But also taste the apple brandy is really something special and exquisite. Courtesy is at home. The owner and his daughters are very kind and helpful. Super recommended !!!

È stato veramente un piacere. We had lunch yesterday 18 August, outdoors, excellent temperature, quiet place. Varied menu and all very good. Staff very kind. It was truly a pleasure.

Salita e discesa in motoslitta tra i boschi ,dove si possono osservare tantissime stelle per l'assenza di luci. Cena stupenda, vino buono, ambiente caldo e pulito. Staff cordiale e simpatico . Insomma non ho trovato niente di negativo . Special evening for my partner's birthday. Ascent and descent by snowmobile in the woods, where you can see many stars due to the absence of lights. Noi ci siamo stati a cena con la guida della motoslitta in notturna, esperienza che consiglio vivamente a tutti. Lovely place with high quality food at km 0. Really good manager and staff. We were there for dinner with the guide of the snowmobile at night, an experience that I highly recommend to everyone.

Gnocchi con ragù di cappriolo (with venison sauce) and kaiserschmarrn (indescribably scrumptious red currant waffle-pancake) were top perfect. Cimbrian cuisine is a mix of Bavarian (their origins) and Italian, mountainous and bon vivant. A warm, welcoming, multilingual place complete with shelves of used books at the entrance and a dog bar in a barrel for thirsty 4-legged friends. Just lovely!
