★ ★ ★ ★ ★ telefono il primi di luglio per chiedere un appuntamento per il 730: mi rispondono che verrò chiamato da una signora che mi darà l'appuntamento. Silenzio. Ritelefono la fine di luglio, ma non trovano traccia della mia telefonata. Mi dicono che sarò richiamato. Ritelefono i primi giorni di agosto, ma mi dicono che stanno chiudendo per le ferie e di ritelefonare dopo il 28. Lo faccio, ma sino al 3 settembre ai 2 numeri di telefono, o non risponde nessuno o oppure è occupato. Con la UIL, in 3 giorni ottengo appuntamento e compilo il 730. No Comment.
I call in early July to ask for an appointment for 730: they tell me that I will be called by a lady who will give me the appointment. Silence. I call again at the end of July, but find no trace of my call. They tell me I'll be called back. I call again the first days of August, but they tell me that they are closing for the holidays and to call again after the 28th. I do it, but until 3 September to the 2 telephone numbers, either no one answers or is busy. With the UIL, in 3 days I get an appointment and fill in the 730. No Comment.
