★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15 giorni per consegnare una lavatrice, ho pagato l'allaccio e non hanno completato il lavoro quindi siamo senza lavatrice, inoltre il tecnico ci ha venduto un filtro anti-calcare senza rilasciare fattura né altro. Scandaloso.
 15 days to deliver a washing machine, I paid for the connection and they did not complete the work so we have no washing machine, also the technician sold us an anti-limescale filter without issuing an invoice or anything else. Scandalous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io non capisco come una azienda come la Tim possa utilizzare questa società per la consegna delle loro SIM i numeri sempre isolati e nessun modo di comunicare.
I do not understand how a company like Tim can use this company for the delivery of their SIMs, always isolated numbers and no way to communicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio clienti pessimo, non risponde mai nessuno al telefono meglio che cambiate mestiere il supporto alla clientela è il primo servizio che deve funzionare, in un momento in cui visto la pandemia non ci si può spostare, sapere con certezza quando viene effettuata una consegna è il minimo.. Da denuncia... servizio pessimo e di bassa qualità, ma la colpa maggiore è di chi vi ha affidato l'appalto per la consegna dei tablet utili per lo studio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattato da un'operatrice acida che con modo antipatico mi ha chiesto la verifica del documento per ricevere la sim per conto TIM. Al gestore telefonico consiglio di cambiare corriere se non volete perdere clienti inutilmente. Meno male che non ho pagato ancora niente.
Contacted by an acid operator who in an unpleasant way asked me to verify the document to receive the SIM on behalf of TIM. I advise the telephone company to change courier if you do not want to lose customers unnecessarily. Luckily I haven't paid anything yet.

Идёте на регистрацию в помещение справа от ворот!
(нужен паспорт и номер машины, прицепа при регистрации)
Выписывают вам квитанцию и едете уже к самой фирме
Заносите квитанцию в офис ( справа от рамп)
Дальше скажут или номер рампы или ожидать в грузовике
Come, stop at the gate!
Go to the registration room to the right of the gate!
(you need a passport and number of the car, trailer when registering)
They write you a receipt and go to the company itself
Bring the receipt to the office (to the right of the ramp)
Then they will say either the number of the ramp or wait in the truck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ è assurdo ricevere dalla tim un prodotto l'8 di febbraio e non consegnarlo. consegna in 3-5 giorni lavorativi. Aspetto dall'8 Febbraio !!! vergogna. Oggi 7 Marzo ancora nessun segnale da Ceva Logistics. Tim afferma che in 3/5 giorni lavorativi consegnano. Quale mese e quale anno ? Incredibile servizio.
it is absurd to receive a product from the tim on February 8 and not deliver it. delivery in 3-5 working days. I wait from February 8 !!! shame. Today 7 March still no signal from Ceva Logistics. Tim states that in 3/5 working days they deliver. Which month and which year? Incredible service.
