Una volta pagato provi a chiamare un aiuto tecnico non rispondono , oppure dicono di venire che in verità non vengono. Se era possibile dare zero stelle lo avrei dato volentieri. Pessimo dopo questa esperienza non penso piu di lavorare con voi truffatori I have been working with this house of cash registers for more than 10 years now, assistance by now non existent! Once paid try to call a technical help they don't answer, or they say they come that in truth they don't come. If you could give zero stars I would give it willingly. Non rispondo al telefono e, se lasci un messaggio alla segreteria telefonica non hanno interesse a richiamare. Visualizzano i messaggi che invii via WhatsApp e non rispondono. In poche parole, non sono affidabili. Suggerisco, vivamente, qualora si desideri un'assistenza seria e professionale, di cercare altrove. Purtroppo, il giudizio più basso è una stella, ma, se fosse possibile mettere solo la punta di una delle cinque punte di una stella, lo farei! Bocciati! I tecnici cambiano in continuazione, fai in tempo a parlare con Tizio, e dopo due giorni Tizio non lavora più lì. Danno appuntamenti che poi (se si ricordano) puntualmente disdicono. Erano una azienda seria e non so cosa sia successo, ma ad oggi la serietà è pari a zero. mai più! Zero assistance! It takes days to be able to talk to any of them.
