Buona qualita' dei prodotti e gentile il personale, peccato che di fronte al problema (la ragazza aveva tagliato le 6 tende più corte quindi erano inutilizzabili) il titolare si è rifiutato di cambiarle facendo orecchie da mercante lavandosene le mani, difendendo a spada tratta la sua commessa dicendo che noi dovevamo controllare al momento del taglio... Assurdo!!! Certo tanto ormai i bei soldini li aveva incassati! Dal canto mio ho lasciato la merce sul bancone di fronte a tutti gli altri clienti e me ne sono andata.
Bad experience.
Good quality of products and kind staff, too bad that in front of the problem (the girl had cut the 6 shortest curtains so they were unusable) the owner refused to change them making a deaf ear by washing his hands, defending the sword his saleswoman saying that we had to check when cutting ... Absurd !!! Of course, by now he had collected the good money! For my part, I left the goods on the counter in front of all the other customers and left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri sono stata alla Giesse scampoli per acquistare due tende, e come al solito ho trovato persone gentilissime e competenti che mi hanno consigliato e assistito con grande cortesia. Quando il mio telefono mi ha chiesto di dare un parere sottoforma di stelle, mi sono accinta a dare il parere più favorevole con 5 stelle, ma purtroppo, dopo aver digitato la prima stella, subito è stata pubblicata una sola stella, e non sono riuscita a correggere l'involotario errore. Me ne scuso e ribadisco la mia piena stima per tutto il personale del negozio! Siete sempre al top e continuerò ad acquistare da voi!!
