Il dottor Cereda ha ideato un progetto personalizzato adatto alle mie esigenze e in tempi del tutto ragionevoli il lavoro è stato perfezionato. La posa è stata rapida e professionale.

Da Cereda Legnami ho trovato tutto: consulenza, materiale di buona qualità, accessori e non per ultima la cortesia. Sono soddisfatto del lavoro che sono riuscito a realizzare ben al di sopra delle mie aspettative con il materiale tagliato a misura e i suggerimenti per il montaggio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avendo tre grandi terrazzi (in tutto 150 metri) mi serviva mettere i grigliati in legno attorno ad essi anche per proteggere i miei gatti, servizio che loro pubblicizzano nel loro sito. Ho chiesto gentilmente un sopralluogo, cosa che mi sembra normalissima e che fa QUALSIASI AZIENDA CHE DA INTERESSE E UN SERVIZIO PROFESSIONALE AL CLIENTE! Risposta, "non facciamo sopralluoghi perché non possiamo uscire ad ogni cliente che chiama, dobbiamo vedere foto con misure e decidere se il lavoro si può fare o meno........ "
Ma questa è una ditta seria?????
Bhe, ne ho contattate altre 4 e entro 3 giorni tutte escono e mi fanno sopralluoghi quindi Cereda Legnami ADIOS!
Having three large terraces (150 meters in all) I needed to put wooden grills around them also to protect my cats, a service that they advertise on their website. I kindly asked for an inspection, which seems very normal to me and that ANY COMPANY THAT GIVES INTEREST AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER does! Answer, "we don't do inspections because we can't go out to every customer who calls, we have to see photos with measurements and decide if the work can be done or not ........"
But is this a serious company ?????
Well, I contacted another 4 and within 3 days they all come out and inspect me so Cereda Legnami ADIOS!
