★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato la cucina a Tivoli Terme mi dispiace ma sono deluso dall'assistenza, parliamo di una cucina Scavolini della Baltimora e non di roba Cinese, il personale disponibile all'inizio, ma poi per l' assistenza delusione totale sono già due volte che attendo circa un mese per avere assistenza.
I bought the kitchen in Tivoli Terme I'm sorry but I'm disappointed by the assistance, we are talking about a Scavolini kitchen in Baltimore and not Chinese stuff, the staff available at the beginning, but then for the assistance total disappointment I am already waiting twice about a month for assistance.

Abbiamo comprato diverse cose per casa (piatti doccia, cassette scarico etc per due bagni) più infinito materiale per la ristrutturazione di casa.
Ovviamente sono passati i tempi tecnici dei lavori, poi al montaggio di uno dei bagni un pezzo della cassetta (la pompa) risulta essere difettosa.
Andiamo da dove è stata acquistata per capire come fare. Ma con la loro scortesia Ci dicono che se la volevamo bisognava ricomprarla.
Facendocela pagare quasi più di tutta la cassetta. Che per esigenze di montaggio abbiamo dovuto prendere con urgenza e regalare a questo pessimo posto altri soldi. Ovviamente gli ultimi. Perché per gli altri lavori non ci metteremo più piede.
Nemmeno lo sconto visto che abbiamo comprato tutto da loro. Complimenti per il savoir-faire.

Let's go to where it was purchased to understand how to do it. But with their rudeness they tell us that if we wanted it we had to buy it back.
Making us pay for it almost more than the whole box. Which for assembly needs we had to take urgently and give this bad place more money. Obviously the last ones. Because for the other jobs we will not set foot anymore.
Not even the discount since we bought everything from them. Congratulations on the savoir-faire.

É dotato di un ampio spazio interno dove si possono ammirare e scegliere i modelli di arredo bagno e pavimenti, veramente vasto, vari prezzi. Il personale è gentile e competente, consiglio Roberto. L'esterno è adibito a materiale da costruzione anch'esso fornito. Personalmente ho fatto ordini per arredo di 2 bagni, ci tornerò per scegliere pavimenti, sto rinnovando casa. Non rimarrete delusi ????
It is a great center for indoor and outdoor furniture. It has a large internal space where you can admire and choose the bathroom furniture and flooring models, truly vast, various prices. The staff is kind and competent, I recommend Roberto. The exterior is used as building material also supplied. Personally I have placed orders for furniture for 2 bathrooms, I will be back to choose floors, I am renovating the house. You will not be disappointed ????
