Premetto che sono arrivato in orario chiusura (non ero l'ultimo cliente) e di aver chiesto gentilmente di comprare velocemente un oggetto che avevo già visto.
Mi fanno accedere al negozio non molto felicemente, durante l'acquisto la signora Enza inizia con l'essere scocciata per fare una confezione regalo, poi una frase che mi ha lasciato senza parole: "certo che lo ha comprato, costa poco". Ho solo guardato scioccato e replica: "nemmeno risponde" verso altri clienti, che mi hanno deriso. Sei davvero una persona di poco valore!

I state that I arrived in closing time (I was not the last customer) and I kindly asked to quickly buy an item I had already seen.
They make me enter the shop not very happily, during the purchase Ms. Enza begins by being annoyed to make a gift box, then a phrase that left me speechless: "of course she bought it, it's cheap". I just looked shocked and replied: "not even respond" to other customers, who have laughed at me. You really are a person of little value!

Locale ampio posizionato nel quartiere dei ceramisti consente di scegliere in autonomia di articoli di interesse personale. Il personale su richiesta si rende disponibile a fornire informazioni e suggerimenti. I punti vendita dei produttori di ceramica sono tanti ma Enza Fasano spicca per la varietà di offerta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha una varietà di forme e colori non riscontrabile negli altri negozi in Grottaglie (alcuni dei quali eccellenti). Impossibile uscirne a mani vuote. Seppur congestionato di clienti, il personale è stato disponibile ed esaustivo nelle centinaia di domande e richieste poste. Sicuramente il negozio di Grottaglie assolutamente da visitare. ( Foto all'interno non ammesse. Pubblico il mio acquisto giunto a casa ?)
It has a variety of shapes and colors not found in other shops in Grottaglie (some of which are excellent). Impossible to leave empty-handed. Although congested with customers, the staff was helpful and thorough in the hundreds of questions and requests asked. Definitely the Grottaglie shop absolutely to visit. (Photos inside not allowed. I publish my purchase when I arrived home ?)

È un negozio ben fornito, prezzi nella media, dove se ti piace qualcosa e non fai domande sei un ottimo cliente. Se fai qualche domanda hai sempre l’impressione di disturbare

It's a well-stocked shop, average prices, where if you like something and don't ask questions you're a great customer. If you ask any questions you always have the impression of disturbing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's incredible, we bought (and pay) last July 2019, some items and two of them, the big ones, arrived destroyed and super late, by the end of October. WE sent the photos to ask them to send new ones, they of course, said yes and I'm pretty sure their insurance cover the ones broken because of the images I sent. But now we are in Febreuary and still without the products we have bought!!!! That's amazing! And we have paid for all of this in advanced!

Problem is the woman visibly rolled her eyes when we asked for help, then gave us a price (in English and Italian - so no misunderstanding was possible) When we picked some plates to buy, a different woman at the counter increased the price by 20% and refused to honour the price that was earlier shared. Very rude, arrogant and very bad customer service! Shame
