D	D R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrato in questo negozio alla ricerca di una pentola in terracotta. Soddisfaceva i miei gusti. Inizia la contrattazione (i prezzi non sono esposti). Il prezzo si ferma a 30 euro. Il proprietario afferma che realizza le pentole più per piacere. La pentola varrebbe 10 euro, il solo coperchio 20. Mentre mi riempie la testa di chiacchiere la moglie impacchetta il tutto. Tornato a casa a pacco aperto sul fondo leggo il nome di una azienda di Cutrofiano (LE) che vende tale pentola a circa 15 euro. Sul sito internet di Giuseppe Fasano si legge che ”Ho voluto portare un messaggio della mia arte in giro per il globo con fiere, mostre e filiali dove, con sacrificio, ho fatto conoscere le ceramiche di Grottaglie senza nessun aiuto da parte delle istituzioni locali”. Il negozio non ha accettato il pagamento con carta. Non è stato fatto lo scontrino. Siamo nel 2019. Da Giuseppe Fasano atteggiamenti imprenditoriali anni 60. Entered this store looking for a terracotta pot. It satisfied my tastes. Bargaining begins (prices are not shown). The price stops at 30 euros. Contattiamo per avere notizie e mi viene detto che avrebbero controllato e avvisato. Ovviamente nessuna risposta. Ieri dopo 20 gg sono tornato a posta da Bari per ritirare l'acconto, poco raccomandabile,occhio!!! If it was possible to put 0 stars, rude and arrogant person. An order placed on 05/31, had to be delivered after 10 days, but nothing. We contact for news and I am told that they would have checked and notified. Obviously no answer. Yesterday after 20 days I returned to the post from Bari to collect the deposit, not recommended, watch out !!!

Dopo aver fatto diversi acquisti nelle botteghe accanto, ci siamo recati in questo negozio. Cercavamo un insalatiera a macchie gialle ed abbiamo chiesto al commesso che ci ha detto di dare un occhiata in giro. Dopo qualche minuto Lo stesso ha detto al propretario quello che stavamo cercando, ed il Signor Giuseppe Fasano un gran maleducato ha risposto testualmente : "Lascia perdere tanto questi non cercano un c*o di niente. We were looking for a salad bowl with yellow spots and we asked the clerk who told us to take a look around. After a few minutes The same told the owner what we were looking for, and Mr. Giuseppe Fasano replied verbatim: "Forget it because they are not looking for c * or anything."

En dehors du prix fait à l’œil, j’ai acheté 4 assiettes et payé 4 assiettes à la caisse. En rentrant chez moi, je découvre que seules 3 assiettes ont été emballées. Irrespectueux. A salesperson told me 8 euros a plate when his colleague had just told me 5 euros. Apart from the eye-catching price, I bought 4 plates and paid 4 plates at the cash register. On returning home, I discover that only 3 plates have been packed. Disrespectful.

Consigliatissima la visita in particolare una bella chiacchierata con il Maestro Giuseppe Fasano la cui famiglia da più di 100 anni si occupa di creare “l’arte della Ceramica”. Nel laboratorio si realizzano anche personalizzazioni e tutti gli oggetti sono unici ed irripetibili perché creati tutti a mano e cin passione. A historical laboratory of Grottaglie. A visit is highly recommended, in particular a nice chat with Maestro Giuseppe Fasano, whose family has been involved in creating "the art of ceramics" for more than 100 years.
