Mobile che dopo 5 mese prenotato e varie chiamate per la consegna alla fine mi vien detto che "fuori produzione"..nn abbiamo trovato riscontro per poterne prendere un altro. I miscelatori, oltre 200 euro in più delle altre ditte.. Il vetro della doccia, parliamo di 400 euro solo vetro, più lunghe della propria asta, ho dovuto chiamare chi riuscisse a tagliare l asta in modo da combaciare, le piastrelle.. Sempre del bagno più alte di 3 cm rispetto alle altre, perché avevo scelto due diversi decori ma ovviamente dovevano essere loro a preoccuparsi di ciò o quanto meno ad informarmi, cosa che però ritengono di aver fatto ma se l avessero fatto io avrei cambiato piastrella, perché al mom dei lavori ho dovuto sospendere per andare dal marmista a tagliare le piastrelle, e tutto ciò ovviamente senza scuse e soprattutto a spese solo ed esclusivamente mie. Ancora aspetto il coprivaso, sempre ordinato da giugno ma nn si degnano di rispondere nemm al telefono, forse è ormai fuori produzione pure quello. Ed infine.. Anzi alla fine dei conti.. Dalla fattura iniziale di tutta la merce cui mi era stato fatto il 10 di sconto, per togliere il mobile ed anche un lavabo( che poi mi sono accorta anch'esso pagato più del dovuto e che quindi gli ho rimandato) per detrarre la merce hanno applicato il 10 più i 5%. Detto ciò mi limito a raccontare la mia esperienza senza esprimere commenti, credo nn servano per descrivere la serietà di questa ditta e del personale. A voi le dovute riflessioni.
