★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After searching all week along the Amalfi coast for the perfect salt and pepper shakers, we found them at the Ceramica Assunta our last night there. There was an issue with the rubber stoppers not getting packaged but they were kind enough to mail them to the states.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has a beautiful assortment local ceramics, as many do. However, they also will customize a name plate for your home... e.g. "Casa Smith". Shipping and insurance are free to the US. A lovely way to have a personalized memory of Positano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ after walking down from the top, and realizing 99% of the town was closed, this shop was open. My pregnant wife really needed to use the washroom and we went in to beg and willing to pay. The lady wouldn’t even let us finish our sentence and said no no no and shooed us out like dirt.
This has nothing to do w the business Itself but their morals. Like seriously? we were obviously in need of help after walking around for an hr looking for a washroom.
