★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto modo di fare acquisti con loro solamente on line... li ho scoperti tramite Instagram dove pubblicizzavano una svendita di prodotti della Thun per una cessata collaborazione. Sono stati molto gentili e celeri nel rispondere alle molte domande che ho inviato tramite la chat di Instagram, in quanto non potendo essere li fisicamente,non avevo modo di sapere cosa era rimasto delle cose che mi interessavano. La spedizione è stata velocissima e l imballo molto curato essendo anche cose parecchio delicate e che potevano rompersi nel trasporto. Mi dispiace essere lontana perché un negozio così sicuramente meriterebbe di essere visto dal vivo. Cmq anche on line ho percepito la passione che hanno per il proprio lavoro e nel prendersi cura del cliente! Bravi continuate così ????

They were very kind and quick in answering the many questions I sent via the Instagram chat, as since I couldn't be there physically, I had no way of knowing what was left of the things that interested me. The expedition was very fast and the packaging was very nice as it was also very delicate and could break during transport. I'm sorry to be far away because such a store would definitely deserve to be seen live. Anyway, even online I perceived the passion they have for their work and in taking care of the customer!
