ORDINE DEL 28/1/2021 ANCORA DA CONCLUDERE
Riassumo:
-Ordinato armadio con dimensioni corrette nella mail di richiesta, sbagliate dal commerciale in fase di conferma ordine, consegnato montato e successivamente riportato via (non entrava nello spazio dedicato essendo di dimensioni diverse).
-montaggio di una struttura con richiamo da parte del ns amministratore di condominio perché il vs staff di montaggio ha danneggiato e sporcato il verde del condominio gettando viti e ferri.
-consegna errata di uno dei due articoli richiesti (ovvero la porta non ha il maniglione antipanico come da richiesta e da conferma d’ordine)
oltre al pessimo trattamento telefonico riservato durante le lamentele e i lunghissimi tempi di attesa se non si acquista qualcosa esposto in vetrina.

I summarize:
-Ordered wardrobe with correct dimensions in the request email, wrong by the salesman during the order confirmation phase, delivered assembled and then brought back (it did not fit into the dedicated space being of different sizes).
-assembly of a structure with a recall by our condominium administrator because your assembly staff has damaged and soiled the green of the condominium by throwing screws and irons.
- incorrect delivery of one of the two items requested (ie the door does not have a panic bar as per request and order confirmation)
in addition to the bad telephone treatment reserved during complaints and the very long waiting times if you do not buy something displayed in the window.
