a	antonio colagrande on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sera di venerdì 24 novembre 2017 la signora Nunzia mi fissa un appuntamento col tecnico Logallo, per farmi riparare la caldaia di casa, per sabato 25 novembre 2017. Alle 10 del sabato telefono alla predetta signora per chiedere conferma dell'arrivo del tecnico e mi viene assicurato che arriverà in mattinata. Bloccato a casa, in attesa della grazia divina, alle 13 ricevo una telefonata dalla signora Nunzia, la quale, candidamente, mi comunica che il tecnico non verrà. Risultato: sono rimasto senza acqua calda, con 2 ospiti a casa, il 25 ed il 26 novembre 2017. Ne deduco che alcuni dipendenti del Centro Termico sono bugiardi e menefreghisti, per cui sconsiglio vivamente di rivolgersi a questa ditta. At 10 on Saturday phone to the aforementioned lady to ask for confirmation of the arrival of the technician and I is assured that it will arrive in the morning. Stuck at home, waiting for divine grace, at 13 I receive a phone call from Mrs. Nunzia, who, candidly, tells me that the technician will not come. Result: I was without hot water, with 2 guests at home, 25 and 26 November 2017. I conclude that some employees of the Thermal Center are liars and untrustworthy, so I strongly advise you to contact this company.
R	Raffaele Festa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caldaia che a distanza di un anno dall'istallazione perde acqua, chiamo il centro termico spiego il problema e mi dice che e' un problema idraulico, chiamo l'idraulico che e' poi un loro collaboratore con cui istallano insieme le caldaie, viene da un'occhiata e dice che non e' un problema da idraulico dobbiamo richiamare il centro, viene l'operaio del centro vede il problema e ci dice che e' un problema da idraulico e pago 30 euro per la chiamata, richiamo l'idraulico e mi dice che sa gia' tutto perche' lo ha chiamato l'operaio del centro, viene per la seconda volta a casa l'idraulico e' cambia la serpentina e mi chiede altri 25 euro!!Morale della favola speso 55 euro per una serpentina.
