★ ★ ★ ★ ★ negativo...se potessi apporre un voto negativo lo metterei senza indugi grazie al trattamento ricevuto. Mercedes mi ha contattato per un aggiornamento sw alla centralina per migliorie ai consumi. da premettere che per presenziare all'appuntamento ( rigorosamente prenotato in anticipo ) ho dovuto chiudere la mia attivita' e farmi accompagnare in officina da Spinazzola a Matera...al check-in apprendo che per poter aggiornare la centralina devono "eliminare" eventuali errori che si verificano al momento della diagnosi computerizzata ed inoltre riscontrano una piccatura al parabrezza ( con preventivo di 700€ ). Dopo la diagnosi viene evidenziato che per poter fare l'aggiornamento sw devono risanare un errore evidenziato dalla diagnosi e che questo intervento e' a pagamento !!!! La macchina , nonostante la sua eta' va benissimo ed io non ho bisogno di essere "scippato" per un'intervento non richiesto da me...anzi dovrebbero ripagarmi la giornata lavorativa persa. Non mi pare che sia questo il modo da attuare per un richiamo dellla casa madre a me e' sembrato una totale presa in giro....
negative ... if I could put a negative vote I would put it without delay thanks to the treatment received. Mercedes contacted me for a sw update to the control unit for fuel consumption improvements. to be premised that to attend the appointment (strictly booked in advance) I had to close my business and have Spinazzola take me to the workshop in Matera ... at check-in I learn that in order to update the control unit they have to "eliminate" any errors which occur at the time of the computerized diagnosis and also find a pungency on the windshield (with an estimate of 700 €). After the diagnosis, it is highlighted that in order to update the software they must remedy an error highlighted by the diagnosis and that this intervention is subject to a fee !!!! The car, despite its age, is fine and I do not need to be "mugged" for an intervention not requested by me ... indeed they should pay me back for the lost working day. It does not seem to me that this is the way to implement for a recall of the parent company it seemed to me a total mockery ....

I was willing to pay whatever it took and they rudely denied me the service, despite having the charger publicized in Google Maps. I give 2 stars because of the young man who attended me first. He was kind, contrary to the manager’s attitude.
