Dopo aver acquistato gli infissi per 2 abitazioni mi reco in sede perché necessito di alcuni pezzi di ricambio per una finestra che purtroppo è stata forzata dai ladri. La persona che mi "accoglie", forse troppo presa dal solitario al quale stava giocando sul pc (anche mentre mi parlava), mi dice di andare in ferramenta. Mi scuso se l'ho disturbato...
 I don't judge the quality and price of the fixtures but I hope you never need after-sales assistance. After purchasing the fixtures for 2 homes, I go to the office because I need some spare parts for a window that unfortunately has been forced by thieves.
