Cozy environment and yoga teachers available and with various approaches, so harmony is easily found. Small classes, as it should be, and a close-knit group of Tai Chi Chuan. Recommended!

I have been enrolled in the center for 18 years. Excellent teachers for both Tai Chi Chuan and Yoga. Friendly and helpful staff. Heterogeneous offer regarding days and times of lessons. Absolutely recommended.
