Ero alla ricerca di un centro per iniziare dei trattamenti corpo ed essendo una lavoratrice fuori sede cercavo un centro che facesse orario continuato. Da Google risulta che il centro è aperto dalle 9 alle 20 per cui mi sono recata sul posto per chiederei personalmente info sui trattamenti di mio interesse. Non c era nessuno, per cui ho telefonato al recapito cellulare indicato nell, insegna del centro. Ha risposto la signora, con tono diffidente e molto antipatico, e per telefono mi ha detto: che cosa vuole sapere? Trattamenti? Se vuole mi trova alle 15,30/16. Alla mia osservazione che sul web era indicato orario continuato si è messa a ridere a mo’ di presa in giro e che stavo dicendo una cosa assurda , alzando man mano il tono della voce e rendendo impossibile un chiarimento….per cui ho chiuso la conversazione. In un centro gestito da una persona così non metterò mai piede
I would like to leave my review on the very bad impression of the owner of the center. I was looking for a center to start body treatments and being an off-site worker I was looking for a center that was open all day. From Google it appears that the center is open from 9 to 20 so I went to the place to personally ask for information on the treatments of my interest. There was no one, so I phoned the cell phone number indicated on the sign of the center. The lady replied, in a diffident and very unpleasant tone, and on the phone she said to me: what do you want to know? Treatments? If you want, you can find me at 3.30pm / 4pm. At my observation that continuous hours were indicated on the web, she laughed as a mockery and that I was saying something absurd, gradually raising the tone of my voice and making a clarification impossible ... so I ended the conversation . I will never set foot in a center run by such a person
