Il salone è uno spettacolo di design, pulizia e cura dei dettagli; fattori che rispecchiano pienamente l'esperienza, lo studio e la passione di chi ci lavora. Per la PRIMA volta dopo una schiaritura guardo lo specchio e sorrido. Ps: la gente penserà "Si certo, ma quanto hai pagato?" Vi dirò che i prezzi sono onestissimi e alla pari di altre sale che forniscono 1/4 dei servizi e della dedizione che ho ricevuto oggi! Complimenti a tutto lo staff. Mi rivedrete spessissimo. E	Eleonora Costanzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sala è bellissima e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio Il personale gentile e disponibile Purtroppo però la mia esperienza non è stata positiva Sono andata per un ritocco meches biondo chiaro Premetto che ho i capelli molto sottili e dopo anni avevo trovato una sala che facendo il ritocco solo nella parte scura e con la protezione durante la deco avevo finalmente i capelli sani e lunghi Rita invece ha ripassato la deco fino a metà lunghezza l'ho fatto presente ma mi è stato risposto che era per coprire lo scuro (che non c'era perché un ritocco) Sono tornata due mesi dopo con i capelli bruciati nella parte sotto posteriore e Rita mi ha proposto di lavorare solamente nella parte superiore (il costo però è stato lo stesso del lavoro completo) Risultato:come se non fossi stata dal parrucchiere Sono tornata la settimana successiva e Rita dolcissima e come sempre gentile mi ha sistemato il ritocco senza farsi pagare il lavoro Il problema è che ho tutti i capelli bruciati dalla radice e le punte praticamente si sono ridotte a due ciocche Dovrò tagliare tutto Dovrebbero attuare un risarcimento per chi subisce questo genere di danni Mi dispiace ma gentilezza e cortesia non sono professionalità The room is beautiful and cared for in every detail The staff were polite and helpful Unfortunately, my experience was not positive I went for a light blonde streak retouch I state that I have very thin hair and after years I had found a room that by doing the retouching only in the dark part and with the protection during the deco I finally had healthy and long hair Rita, on the other hand, went over the deco up to half length. I mentioned it but I was told that it was to cover the dark (which was not there because a retouch) I came back two months later with my hair burned in the lower back and Rita suggested that I work only in the upper part (the cost, however, was the same as the complete work) Result: as if you hadn't been to the hairdresser I returned the following week and Rita, very sweet and kind as always, fixed the retouching for me without having to pay for the job. The problem is that I have all my hair burned from the root and the tips have basically shrunk to two strands I'll have to cut everything They should make compensation for those who suffer this kind of damage I'm sorry but kindness and courtesy are not professionalism
