★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here at 16:01 on Thursday when they were supposed to open at 16:00 as the working hours showed on the door of the visitor centre and on the internet. I nedded my cridential stamp for Via Francigena pilgrim passport. I was waiting in 38C and no one showed by the time I left at 16:50. I didn't get my stamp and nither did 7 other pilgrims that left without it. This is higly disrespectfull as that is the only place to get the stamp in a whole town. Really, really bad service!!!!
