Anche se le spese sono state costose, la vita è il benessere del mio gatto sono molto più importanti. Amanti degli animali, con un reale interesse ,disponibili e gentili, mi hanno aiutato a 360 gradi dall’inizio alla fine, dall’intervento alla convalescenza ai medicinali non subito reperibili in farmacia.Siete dei grandi!!! I thank all the staff with all my heart because they managed to save my cat, who was in very bad condition, between life and death. Even though the expenses have been expensive, my cat's life and well-being are much more important. Saccente come pochi e prepotente non appena gli chiedi un consiglio. Non lo consiglio a nessuno, andate da altri. Questo non è un veterinaio, è uno sponsor che ti vende crocchette. Beautiful experience, a doctor who has no art or part. No desire to work, no passion or dedication. Bad, bad, bad. Know-how as few and overbearing as soon as you ask him for advice. È diventato cianotico nel giro di pochi minuti e dalla sua bocca usciva schiuma bianca. Disperata, ho chiamato i veterinari della zona, tra cui il vostro centro VETERINARIO. Tempo fa vi ho portato il mio gatto per un infezione alla coda, non mi ero trovata bene sia per la maleducazione dei dottori, sia per i prezzi eccessivi. Ma in quel momento non potevo permettermi di fare la schizzinosa. Avevo bisogno nell'immediato di un veterinario, e ogni minuto era prezioso. La DOTTORESSA D'Antoni, a differenza di molti altri ha risposto. Le ho spiegato la situazione, e lei freddamente mi ha riferito che non avrebbero aperto prima delle 16. L'ho implorata di cercare di venirmi incontro, data la situazione d'emergenza e lei mi ha risposto che non se parlava assolutamente e che al massimo mi avrebbe consigliato un centro a Palermo ( il mio volpino, in dispnea da più di mezz'ora, a Palermo non ci sarebbe mai arrivato), dimostrando la loro ASSOLUTA MANCANZA DI PROFESSIONALITÀ ma anche di UMANITÀ. Ho chiuso la chiamata alla ricerca di un altro veterinario, che a differenza loro potesse salvare il mio cane. Per fortuna l'ho trovato a Mazara ( Centro San vito). 20 minuti di strada in più che ne valgono assolutamente la pena. Francamente a voi non affiderei nemmeno la mia pianta grassa. A MAI PIÙ. Some time ago I brought my cat there for a tail infection, I was not happy both for the rudeness of the doctors and for the excessive prices. But at the time, I couldn't afford to be picky. I needed a vet right away, and every minute was precious. DOCTOR D'Antoni, unlike many others, replied. I explained the situation to her, and she coldly told me that they would not open before 4 pm. I begged her to try to meet me, given the emergency situation and she replied that she didn't speak at all and that at most he would have recommended me a center in Palermo (my little fox, in breathlessness for more than half an hour, would never have arrived in Palermo), demonstrating their ABSOLUTE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM but also of HUMANITY. I closed the call in search of another vet who, unlike them, could save my dog. Luckily I found it in Mazara (Centro San vito). 20 more minutes of driving which are absolutely worth it. Frankly, I wouldn't even trust my succulent to you. TO NEVER AGAIN.
C	Claudia Di Prima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vigilia di un Natale blindato, difficile diverso, ma per me comunque bellissimo perchè ho ancora accanto il mio adorato NICK. Lunedi pomeriggio ho temuto di perdere quello che per me non è soltanto un cane ma un "AMORE" nel vero senso della parola. Si può amare un cane? La mia risposta è si e se non fosse stato per la tempestività e professionalità del dottore Roma e del suo staff oggi Nick non sarebbe più qui. Ho trasportato Nick ,un pastore tedesco, in macchina tra le lacrime e arrivati in ambulatorio è stato subito visitato ed è stata fatta una diagnosi di presunto avvelenamento ,cosi dopo ecografia è stato asportato il liquido che si era formato a livello del pericardio e somministrata terapia farmacologica.Tralascio l 'ansia ,la tristezza,la preoccupazione nel vedere il mio adorato cane ridotto in quello stato ma dal principio a colpirmi oltre all 'indiscussa professionalità mostrata da chi ci ha aiutati è stata l umanità, dote rara ,dimostrata in questa occasione . Nick è stato curato e trattato nel migliore dei modi e non posso che elogiare e ringraziare il dottore Roma ed il personale presente in clinica quella sera perchè ad oggi Nick sta bene .Lo so che è un cane anziano e prima o poi ci lascerà ma spero che accada senza sofferenza ed il più tardi possibile. In questa clinica amano gli animali e chi ci lavora lo fa con trasporto e dedizione .Posso semplicemente dire GRAZIE da parte mia e da chi sta scodinzolando sereno accanto a me . Nick was cared for and treated in the best possible way and I can only praise and thank the doctor Roma and the staff present in the clinic that evening because Nick is fine today I know he is an elderly dog and sooner or later he will leave us but I hope that it happens without suffering and as late as possible. In this clinic they love animals and those who work there do it with transport and dedication. I can simply say THANK YOU from me and from those who are wagging their tails next to me. l	lucia elia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho affidato loro il mio cagnolone per ben 2 interventi in età non giovanissima (10 e 12 anni), entrambe le volte ho affrontato questi momenti molto serenamente perchè sapevo che il mio Taco era al sicuro. Molto precisi e pratici, spiegano in dettaglio le problematiche e consigliano le soluzioni migliori rispetto alle esigenze dell'animale e del padrone. Tutto lo staff è molto attento, comprensivo e preparato! I entrusted them with my dog for 2 interventions at a very young age (10 and 12 years), both times I faced these moments very peacefully because I knew that my Taco was safe. Very precise and practical, they explain the problems in detail and recommend the best solutions to the needs of the animal and the owner. Nonostante in largo anticipo li abbia contattati telefonicamente spiegando nel dettaglio la situazione clinica del mio cane (al quanto grave) e, dopo aver mostrato esami ematici eseguiti antecedentemente, concordando l'iter diagnostico e terapeutico da effettuare, dandomi un appuntamento per terapia e risoluzione del caso...il giorno dell'appuntamento eseguono semplicemente una visita e non l'esame effettivamente concordato allungando i tempi di diagnosi e di terapia, lasciando in situazioni gravi il mio cane. Si sono mostrati altamente incompetenti, superficiali e venali. Absolutely not recommended ... Bad ...
