Cercavo proprio questo tipo di persone per la mia Luna che è stata traumatizzata da altri veterinari. Welcoming, professional and clear vets. I saw a great humanity even towards strays. Sempre disponibili a qualsiasi orario e giorno. Hanno curato e salvato la vita del nostro cane in una situazione disperata e ci hanno dato l'occasione di godercela per un altro po'. Grazie di cuore a tutti voi. Animal-loving, kind and friendly vets. I tried multiple places in Marsala getting disappointed every time until I met them. Always available at any time and day. They looked after and saved our dog's life in a desperate situation and gave us the opportunity to enjoy it for a little while more. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
P	Pio Rosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato all’Araba Fenice il 20/7/21 con il mio cane Dino, un razza mista di 9a per un problema digestivo. Alla visita del 20/7 è stata fatta un'eco addominale ma NESSUN ESAME DEL SANGUE! È STATA PRESCRITTA UNA TERAPIA ENDOVENA OGNI 12 ORE SENZA ALCUNA IDEA DI VALORI DA LABORATORIO - MALPRASSI! Ho seguito la terapia prescritta e le successive 48h sono diventate un INFERNO! Li ho chiamati molte volte chiedendo aiuto, alla fine ho portato Dino alle 4:30(am) del 23/7 da loro (in teoria aperta 24h su 24, 7g su 7). Il veterinario è arrivato alle 7:30 e FINALMENTE ha fatto l'analisi del sangue e ha drenato 3 litri di liquido addominale. IL CONTEGGIO PIASTRINE DEL 23/7 ERA 35. CHIARO ESEMPIO DI EMODILUZIONE! Più tardi Dino ha avuto un'emorragia interna e alle 10.30 è morto. Sono stati NEGLIGENTI DALL'INIZIO e le mie numerose richieste di follow-up sono state completamente IGNORATE E/O GESTITE MALE! I principi della Medicina Interna sono stati purtroppo “riscritti” da loro. TORTURA E MORTE! I went to the Phoenix on 20/7/21 with my dog Dino, a 9a mixed breed for a digestive problem. At the 20/7 visit an abdominal echo was made but NO BLOOD TEST! AN ENDOVENA THERAPY EVERY 12 HOURS WAS PRESCRIBED WITHOUT ANY IDEA OF LABORATORY VALUES - MALPRASSI! I followed the prescribed therapy and the next 48 hours became HELL! I called them many times asking for help, in the end I took Dino to their place at 4:30 (am) on 23/7 (in theory open 24/7). The vet arrived at 7:30 am and FINALLY did the blood test and drained 3 liters of abdominal fluid. THE PLATE COUNT ON 23/7 WAS 35. CLEAR EXAMPLE OF EMODILUTION! Later Dino had internal bleeding and at 10.30 he died. They have been NEGLIGENT FROM THE BEGINNING and my numerous follow up requests have been completely IGNORED AND / OR HANDLED! The principles of Internal Medicine have unfortunately been "rewritten" by them. TORTURE AND DEATH!

In allegato la pessima prescrizione redatta su carta straccia con la calligrafia di una delle veterinarie/assistenti (nessuna data, firma o carta intestata) dettata da Martino Trapani il 20/7 alla prima visita di Dino. Il 20/7 alle 16.24 ho avuto uno scambio su WhatsApp con Ignazio Pumilia su Dino. Il 23/7 ho contatatto il veterinario di emergenza chiamando il numero di reperibilità. Ha visitato Dino in un'altra struttura a Marsala ed è stato in grado di eseguire i primi e unici esami di laboratorio su Dino ed ha completato la tanto necessaria ecografia/paracentesi addominale. Il suo lavoro è stato molto professionale e la prescrizione è allegata. Mentono senza ombra di dubbio. Utenti attenti, state lontano da quel buco infernale. I nostri cari amici meritano molto di meglio di questa casa degli orrori! "DISHONEST, IRRESPONSIBLE, NON PROFESSIONAL AND LACK OF RESPECT TO DINO'S DEATH - CAUSED BY THEM" this is my response to the ridiculous reply offered by Araba Fenice. Attached is the terrible prescription written on waste paper with the handwriting of one of the veterinarians / assistants (no date, signature or letterhead) dictated by Martino Trapani on 20/7 at Dino's first visit. On 20/7 at 16.24 I had an exchange on WhatsApp with Ignazio Pumilia on Dino. On 23/7 I contacted the vet He visited Dino at another facility in Marsala and was able to perform the first and only laboratory tests on Dino and completed the much needed abdominal ultrasound / paracentesis. His work was very professional and the prescription is attached. They lie without a doubt. Beware users, stay away from that hell hole. Our dear friends deserve much better than this house of horrors!
