★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente sconsigliato, gatto tenuto in ostaggio, non ho avuto notizie del mio gatto per giorni. Veterinaria poco educata e alquanto inaffidabile. Servizio costoso e pessimo. Quando sono finalmente riuscita a vedere il mio gatto era visibilmente affamato, tutto sporco e in condizioni igieniche che lasciano desiderare (gabbia sporca di feci). Mi sono confronta con altri clienti e hanno avuto la stessa pessima esperienza.
Absolutely not recommended, cat held hostage, I have not heard from my cat for days. Poorly educated and somewhat unreliable veterinarian. Expensive and bad service. When I finally got to see my cat he was visibly hungry, all dirty and in unsanitary conditions (dirty cage with feces). I have confronted myself with other customers and they have had the same bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia cagnolina in questo posto stava male e non sapevamo cosa avesse... Me l'ha fatta lasciare da lei per degli esami, dicendomi di tornare il giorno dopo per farmela vedere... Quando ritorno, la sera dopo, mi dà speranze ma non me la fa assolutamente vedere. La mattina successiva mi chiama di buon ora per dirmi che era morta. Lì ho capito che era morta già il giorno prima, per questo non me l'ha fatta vedere. E ovviamente si è pagata tutto profumatamente. Non ci metterò mai più piede.
I took my dog to this place she was sick and we didn't know what she had ... She made me leave her for exams, telling me to come back the next day to show her ... When I return, the next evening, I it gives hope but absolutely does not show it to me. The next morning she calls me early to tell me she was dead.
