Mesi e mesi che provo a prenotare una vaccinazione...
Se cerchi di prenotarti di persona, ti dicono che é possibile solo telefonicamente...
Provi a chiamarli e sono irraggiungibili... quando dopo minuti e minuti di attesa riesci finalmente a stabilire un contatto ti chiudono il telefono in faccia... non ho parole!
