Poi si lamentano che il paese si blocca!! Causa vostra e della vostra incompetenza!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da quasi un mese aspetto il green pass di guarigione. Al telefono non rispondete e dopo aver mandato la mail mi avete mandato solo un certificato di guarigione senza codice QR. Pessimo servizio

Essendo in stato di calamità ci sono 2 possibilità: o gli operatori lavorano 24/7, oppure si cancella la tessera verde del Partito se non si riesce a garantire un servizio dignitoso al cittadino. Finale: sporto denuncia al comando dei carabinieri per sequestro di persona.
After 21 days of bureaucratic quarantine, no one still responds. Being in a state of calamity there are 2 possibilities: either the operators work 24/7, or the green party card is canceled if it is not possible to guarantee a dignified service to the citizen. Final: filed a complaint to the command of the carabinieri for kidnapping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo poiché, in definitiva, non offrono alcun servizio non essendo possibile parlare con nessuno. Almeno fosse possibile mettere in coda gli utenti in attesa... Invece la linea è sempre occupata. Sono quasi 2 settimane che cerco di mettermi in contatto.
Bad service as they ultimately do not offer any service as it is not possible to speak to anyone. At least it was possible to queue users on hold ... Instead the line is always busy. I've been trying to get in touch for almost 2 weeks.

Dopo venti giorni ti inutili tentativi mi sono rivolto all'URP dell'ASUGI che in 36 ore mi ha fatto avere il documento richiesto.
The staff who respond to emails, if they respond, are either dyslexic or ignorant and are also pleased with it, .... then one wonders why people do not want to be vaccinated, .. puars nun in çe mâns chi sin.
Update of 12/20/2021
After twenty days of unsuccessful attempts, I contacted the ASUGI URP which in 36 hours sent me the required document.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il solo pensiero di dover recensire questo posto è un insulto alla mia intelligenza, visto e considerato che l'effetto sarà nullo, ma lo faccio per puro scopo di sfogo unendomi al coro dei tanti dissidenti. Trovo che questo dipartimento sia colonizzato da gente incompetente e totalmente incurante delle necessità altrui. Al telefono non rispondono, alle mail non rispondono... e quando rispondono al primo (dopo fatica incommensurabile), ti mettono immancabilmente di fronte alla solita triste verità: che le cose è meglio che te le fai da solo, perché risparmi tempo, salute e danaro. Fosse per me, chiuderei tutti questi posti e sbatterei a calci tutti i finti operatori che parassitano il sistema...
