Siamo stati assistiti anche dopo il malessere avuto da mia figlia,perché ha paura degli aghi. I had the first dose of Moderna vaccine with my 12-year-old daughter, fast and kind. Quando ho chiesto il certificato di vaccinazione per mia figlia, le amministrative sono state di un arroganza e di un ignoranza unica. Peccato davvero ma queste persone dovrebbero imparare che per lavorare con il pubblico è necessario avere una certa educazione Perfect welcome. Excellent organization…. But!! Non vado a sindacare sui tempi di attesa, io sono stato “fortunato” perché avendolo fatto alle 20:10 non ho trovato tanta gente, ma questo vi posso assicurare è peggior Hub vaccinale di sempre dove la disorganizzazione o incompetenza la fa da padrona. Dose booster fatta ma non mi hanno rilasciato neanche un attestato dell’avvenuta vaccinazione. L’authcode del green pass non è mai arrivato e dal 1500 dicono di aspettare. Vergognoso!!! Bad experience, to be avoided absolutely !!! I'm not going to discuss waiting times, I was "lucky" because having done it at 20:10 I didn't find many people, but I can assure you this is the worst vaccination Hub ever where disorganization or incompetence is king. Dose booster done but I was not even issued a certificate of vaccination. The green pass authcode never arrived and since 1500 they have been saying to wait. Shameful!!!

In circa 45 minuti, ho disbrigato le pratiche burocratiche e fatto il vaccino. Personale gentile e simpatico. Mi é arrivato il green pass circa 48 ore dopo. Saluti. I booked the vaccine on December 31st at 6pm. At 5pm they let me in, because they managed to clear the queue. In about 45 minutes, I cleared the paperwork and got the vaccine. Friendly and nice staff. I got the green pass about 48 hours later. Greetings.

Entrata alle 10 30 uscita alle 10 50 Il personale molto preparato e gentile! Fino a qui tutto perfetto, se non fosse che il green pass non arriva entro 48 ore e nemmeno 72 ore ma almeno nel caso mio ho dovuto chiamare 1500 e dopo poche ore dalla chiamata mi è arrivato, finalmente. On Sunday I took my third dose at this hub! Access is only through booking, no waiting lines! Entry at 10.30am, exit at 10.50am The staff very knowledgeable and kind! So far everything was perfect, except that the green pass does not arrive within 48 hours or even 72 hours but at least in my case I had to call 1500 and a few hours after the call it finally arrived.

L'organizzazione è stata abbastanza 'complicata', soprattutto durante la giornata della mia prima dose con file abbastanza lunghe sia fuori che dentro l'hub. Dopo la seconda dose ho dovuto aspettare svariati giorni prima di ricevere il green pass e a differenza della prima non mi è stato rilasciato nessun foglio che attestasse di aver fatto entrambe le dosi. I dottori comunque sono stati molto gentili, sia prima di fare il vaccino sia durante i 10 minuti successivi. After the second dose I had to wait several days before receiving the green pass and unlike the first one, I was not issued any sheet attesting to having done both doses. Accoglienza impeccabile, organizzazione ottima. Ho avuto esperienza di altri centri vaccinali e mi sento di porre questo al primo posto. Grazie alla Croce Rossa e a tutti gli operatori 5 stars because I can't give more. I accompanied my 89-year-old mom. We arrived at 5.05pm and at 5.30pm we were on the way back.
