★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale (non medico) ma chi ritira i fogli all’entrata, molto ineducato, sopratutto un signore (intorno 35/40 anni).
Non so il nome, ma lo direi volentieri.
Staff (not medical) but whoever collects the sheets at the entrance, very uneducated, especially a gentleman (around 35/40 years).
I don't know the name, but I'd gladly say it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo c'è carenza di personale e le vaccinazioni vengono gestite a rilento. Inoltre il modulo di autocertificazione, non essendo scaricabile online, deve essere compilato sul posto causando ulteriori ritardi e sovraffollamento.
Unfortunately, there is a shortage of staff and vaccinations are handled slowly. Furthermore, the self-certification form, not being downloadable online, must be completed on site causing further delays and overcrowding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo la prenotazione per le 7:50. Alle 8:20 il centro vaccinale era ancora chiuso. Alle 8:25 finalmente hanno aperto il check-in, distribuendo moduli non disponibili online (sul sito governatovo sono presenti solo i moduli A e C). Alle 9:00 hanno iniziato a far entrare i primi.
I had a reservation for 7:50 am. At 8:20 am the vaccination center was still closed. At 8:25 am they finally opened the check-in, distributing forms not available online (on the governatovo website there are only forms A and C). At 9:00 they started to let the first ones in.
