Sbolognano sempre con la promessa che mi ricontattano e che se il pezzo ritarda mi danno una macchina sostitutiva e nel mentre sono passiti mesi e io aspetto ancora la chiamata. Richiami e dicono che il tecnico non risponde e che richiamano loro. Aspetta e spera Until the sale all very good. Bad after sale service. "Senza di quella impossibile rifarla".Alla fine mi sono rivolta alla concessionaria COGHI di Cassano Magnago,dove ho trovato un addetto gentilissimo che mi ha spiegato che anche senza la maledetta CARD PASS,la chiave si può rifare. La filiale non offre molte macchine disponibili viste le dimensioni, ma ha a quanto potuto vedere officina e servizio. Abbiamo aspettato un bel po' per avere informazioni per un auto nuova perché mancava il secondo commerciale che era malato. Alla fine dopo una lunga attesa è arrivata gente e abbiamo scoperto che per avere informazioni su doveva prendere appuntamento, causa Covid. Dirlo prima no???? Almeno il commerciale finito l'appartamento con i clienti prima di noi ci ha subito dato appuntamento per il giorno dopo. Purtroppo la situazione di questi periodi non è facile per nessuno... Da notare che all'interno della filiale tutto era a norma con segnali di sicurezza Covid etc. P.s. devo dire che la nuova Opel Corsa 2020 è un bel modello ?
