★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina ore 9 10 mi sono recata in negozio per effettuare una semplice pratica ,una sostituzione di una nano sim la dipendente molto sgarbatamente mi ha risposto che in negozio non avevano le schede ,ho chiesto dove potevo recarmi visto che avevo fatto a mio marito un regalo un nuovo telefonino e neccesitava di questa scheda e lei per tutta risposta mi ha detto che il telefonino potevo usarlo anche a settembre .Premetto che sono una cliente tim da 20 anni e non mi aspetteva di essere trattata cosi.Ringrazio
