★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo negozio portato in riparazione un telefono comprato da 8 mesi in quel negozio tra l'altro un i phone7 e due mesi che c'è l'hanno in riparazione e non sanno darmi ancora una risposta di quando sarà pronto dicono che non è loro competenza sapere quando arriverà conclusione sono andato dai carabinieri pessimo non comprerei mai più neanche una custodia di un cellulare in quel negozio non andate!!!!!!
Bad shop brought in repair a phone bought from 8 months in that shop among other things an i phone7 and two months that have it in repair and they can not give me an answer yet when it will be ready they say it is not their competence know when the conclusion will come I went to the bad police I would never buy even a cell phone case in that shop don't go !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persona scorretta: ha venduto un piano telefonico Wind illustrando delle tariffe di fatto valide solo per un anno. Messo alle strette innanzi al suo errore ha dichiarato di avere fatto un’ammissione di colpa presso la Wind ma di fatto non ha ammesso la sua colpa e rifiuta di mostrare la relativa documentazione.
Provvederemo a rendere di quanto più possibile pubblico il comportamento di questa persona senza parola e senza professionalità.
Incorrect person: he sold a Wind telephone plan, illustrating rates that were in fact valid only for one year. Strangled before his mistake, he declared that he had made an admission of guilt with Wind but in fact did not admit his guilt and refused to show the related documentation.
We will make public the behavior of this person as speechless and unprofessional as possible.

Una pecca la cover per smartphone in gel (consigliata dal personale a dispetto della classica in vetro) rimane segnata dal qualsiasi cosa con la quale entri in contatto.... dopo qualche settimana sembra che il mio telefono sia stato usato per anni.... Almeno dite che il telefono non può entrare in contatto con nulla che non sia aria... con quello che costa poi... grazie
Definitely a well-stocked shop and qualified personnel. One flaw the gel smartphone cover (recommended by the staff in spite of the classic glass) remains marked by anything with which you come into contact .... after a few weeks it seems that my phone has been used for years ... At least say that the phone cannot come into contact with anything other than air ... with what it costs later ... thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il proprietario e le commesse sono molto gentili. Ho aperto una pratica x l'adsl e telefonicamente mi hanno cercato "insistentemente" perché mancava ancora un dato. La commessa si è anche scusata di avermi chiamato più volte finché non ho risposto(avevo il silenzioso), ma in realtà ho apprezzato perché ho trovato professionale e gentile l'atteggiamento(insistentemente l'ho messo tra virgolette apposta)
The owner and the shop assistants are very kind. I opened a file for the ADSL and by telephone they searched for me "insistently" because there was still no data. The saleswoman also apologized for calling me several times until I answered (I had the silent), but in reality I appreciated because I found the attitude to be professional and kind (I insistently put it in quotation marks)
