★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza abbastanza positiva tutte le volte che ci sono stato. Attesa massima di un’ora. C’è sempre un po’ di confusione tra chi accede con prenotazione e chi senza. Ci sono giorni dove ci sono file separate e altri dove non c’è la distinzione ed in questo caso la prenotazione perde di senso.
 Quite positive experience all the times I've been there. Maximum wait of one hour. There is always a bit of confusion between those who access with a reservation and those without. There are days where there are separate lines and others where there is no distinction and in this case the booking loses its meaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente "comodo" che sia possibile starsene nella propria auto nell'attesa del tampone. Non ho trovato separazione di file tra chi aveva l'impegnativa e chi non l'aveva... Forse ci vorrebbe una migliore organizzazione nel fine settimana. Io sono stata al mattino in una fascia oraria (ore 9,00) direi piuttosto tranquilla, perché nel giro di soli 20 minuti ho potuto fare il tampone.
Definitely "comfortable" that it is possible to stay in your car while waiting for the buffer. I have not found separation of files between those who had the referral and those who did not ... Maybe we need a better organization at the weekend. I was in the morning in a time slot (9.00) I would say rather quiet, because in just 20 minutes I was able to swab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AGGIORNAMENTO: tampone effettuato alle 21:30, con operatore che ti ride in faccia quando gli viene chiesto a cosa serve la prenotazione.
Vergognoso! Tampone prenotato per le 17:30, sono in coda da circa 3 ore!!! A cosa serve la prenotazione se poi ci si ritrova in mezzo a chi non ha prenotato? Pessimo servizio, impossibile contattarli telefonicamente, cade la linea di continuo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una bolgia infinita. Ogni volta almeno 2-3 ore di coda. In principio drive-in ora si va a piedi. Scandaloso che non ci sia la corsia preferenziale per le prenotazioni dal sito con ricetta medica, se hai prenotato ti mescoli con chi non lo è, e attendi ore il tuo turno. Sconsigliato al 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La valutazione NON È relativa al personale che ci lavora al quale do 5 stelle per professionalità e impegno (visto che il prelievo tamponi avviene con metodo "drive in" e si svolge di conseguenza all'aperto). A mio avviso la location non è adatta a gestire l'attuale richiesta di servizio. Nonostante sia un punto covid per il quale si può prenotare data e ora dal sito dedicato, non sono presenti code diversificate da chi si presenta senza prenotazione. Preparatevi a ore di attesa. Attenzione, prima di arrivare al punto prelievi potrebbero essere presenti veicoli in coda a bordo strada. Se siete in possesso di impegnativa vi conviene prenotare altrove, dove per esempio si accettano solo tamponi su prenotazione.
The evaluation IS NOT related to the staff who work there to whom I give 5 stars for professionalism and commitment (given that the swabs are taken with the "drive in" method and consequently takes place outdoors). In my opinion the location is not suitable for managing the current service request. Although it is a covid point for which you can book the date and time from the dedicated site, there are no queues that differ from those who show up without a reservation. Be prepared for hours of waiting. Attention, before arriving at the pick-up point there may be vehicles queuing at the side of the road. If you have a referral, you should book elsewhere, where, for example, only tampons are accepted upon reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza 3 ore di fila in auto, nella stessa coda prenotati e non prenotati. Alla richiesta fatta alla operatrice dell'ulss mi ha confermato che non c'è distinzione e tanto verranno fatti tutti. Ma allora cosa serve prenotare? Bisogna fare 2 ingressi, prenotati e senza prenotazione.
