★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per il servizio clienti di Autostrade per l'Italia risulta aperto, ma una volta arrivato trovo un foglio con scritto "riapriamo il 10 Gennaio". Imbarazzante

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio malgrado mi unisco al coro dei commenti negativi.
2 volte mi sono recato al punto blu e mi sono letteralmente cadute le braccia.
Alla prima esigenza mi sono confrontato con il ragazzo a dir poco svogliato, scortese e soprattutto poco educato.
Nel secondo caso il confronto addirittura non c'è stato, mi è stata chiusa la porta in faccia dopo 15 minuti di fila.
Posso anche capire che ci siano degli orari, ma la cosa veramente deplorevole è stata la maleducazione.
Di fronte al mio stupore lo stesso ragazzo in questione mi ha risposto con un ghigno, allargando le braccia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attendere 40 minuti al freddo, essere l'ultimo e sentirsi dire che non ti servono perchè sono le 12,32 e l'orario scade alle 12,30.
Poi torni un altro giorno e trovi CHIUSO !! senza che ci siano scritte le aperture da nessuna parte. Vergognatevi !!

A quel che vedo le recensioni sono tutte negative, credo non sia solo un mio problema, ma di molte persone. Non risponde a telefono mai!!! Ma proprio ma!!! Per favore l’autobrennero intervenga a tutela degli automobilisti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente scortese e con pochissima voglia di lavorare, mio padre anziano è stato trattato a pesci in faccia!!! Non ha rispetto nemmeno per se stesso questo ragazzotto arrogante!!! Ci sono tanti ragazzi gentili e con tanta voglia di lavorare ma non trovano lavoro e questo incompetente deve stare in un pubblico ufficio e trattare la gente in questo modo? Vedo che il 90% delle recensioni confermano quello che io ho scritto. Quelli che mettono 5 stelle saranno stati fortunati, forse quel giorno non lavorava lui. Brennero prendi provvedimenti.
Absolutely rude and with very little desire to work, my elderly father was treated like fish in the face !!! He has no respect even for himself this arrogant boy !!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese, due volte ci siamo recati per consegnare il vecchio telepass. La prima volta arrivati alle 16:50 tempo di scendere dalla macchina e di arrivare al suo ufficio e aveva chiuso. Seconda volta: fila di venti minuti per niente, perché sono arrivate le 12:30 e doveva andare a mangiare. Per fortuna abbiamo trovato una ragazza gentile al punto blu di Mantova nord,che in un minuto ha fatto tutto.
Rude staff, we went twice to deliver the old telepass. The first time arrived at 4:50 pm time to get out of the car and get to his office and it was closed.
