★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da oltre 15 anni è per me un punto di riferimento irrinunciabile. L'ho visto cambiare dal vecchio negozio stile anni 60/70 molto romantico, al nuovo. Ci si sente in famiglia e il parmigiano (io compro il 30 mesi) è sempre eccellente. Come tutto il resto. E quando lo finisco lo ordino on line. Meritano tanti complimenti.
 For over 15 years it has been an indispensable point of reference for me. I have seen it change from the old very romantic 60s / 70s style shop to the new one. You feel at home and the Parmesan (I buy the 30 month old) is always excellent. Like everything else. And when I finish it I order it online. They deserve many compliments.

Cortesia al top, e prezzi giusti.
Spesso tocca attendere un po', ma è indice dell'affluenza dipendente dalla qualità dei prodotti.
Availability of products already packaged in vacuum, both Parmesan (in various ages and sizes) and cured meats, rather than stuffed fresh pasta and tigelle / piadine.
Top courtesy, and fair prices.
Often it is up to wait a little, but it is an indication of the turnout dependent on the quality of the products.

Gli addetti sono molto cordiali ma secondo me la varietà di scelta non è molto ampia.
Buonissimo il tosone ,e la burrata.
I prezzi non sono bassissimi,ma la spesa vale la resa.
Andateci e lasciatemi un bel likes.

Risposta a caseificio.
Scusate se mi sono sbagliato ma avevo scritto per sbaglio burrata ma era poi stracchino buonissimo. La panna cotta non la ho ancora provata.
Delicious cheese and good 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano for meals.
The staff are very friendly but in my opinion the variety of choices is not very wide.
The tosone and the burrata are delicious.
The prices are not very low, but the expense is worth the return.
Go there and leave me a nice likes.

Sorry if I was wrong but I had written burrata by mistake but it was very good stracchino. I haven't tried the panna cotta yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only an xxcellent selection of Parmigiano 12, 24, 32, 40 month aged.
Fresh made pasta with several kinds of fillings, salami and ham. But also fresh cheese with and without spices.
A good place to stock up with cheese ? as it's vacuum packed.
