A	Andrea Bonadiman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato curato in questo centro con onde d urto per una fascite plantare,tutto ok, ho ricominciato a correre come prima, ringrazio il dott Michele Debiasi chi mi ha seguito,spiegandomi bene gli esercizi da fare e come comportarmi dopo le terapie.Lo consiglio per chi soffre di questo tipo di problema.... Ho prenotato il venerdì e già il mercoledì avevo fissato l appuntamento???in 20 minuti ho fatto tutto, senza alcuno stress. Ampio parcheggio, personale gentile. Bravissimi! Certo, è a pagamento, ma almeno se si ha una certa urgenza, si è sicuri che qui ti accettano subito senza tante storie e senza dover aspettare mesi. Alla richiesta del Dottore di mostrare il cartaceo degli esami precedenti ed avendoli scordati a casa, mi sono offerta di mostrarglieli utilizzando l'app trecfse. Ma il dottore aveva troppa fretta e non ha avuto la pazienza di aspettare pochi secondi per leggere i precedenti referti che avrei potuto mostrargli a breve e che sicuramente sarebbero stati utili per avere il quadro della situazione Disappointed by the haste that the ophthalmologist had in quickly concluding the visit I underwent. Impressionante L'organizzazione la velocità ma soprattutto L' estrema cortesia della segretaria Mara ed è stata uguale con tutti allo stesso modo per chi era lì con appuntamento per chi ha telefonato o è capitato...complimenti!! E poi Giuditta L'infermiera la mano di un angelo se come me avete problemi di svenimento o avete figli impressionabili andate da lei!!! Non arrivi a sederti e confermare i tuoi dati ( che forse strategicamente richiede) che puoi già andare via, lei ha finito ti ha messo il cerotto e non te sei nemmeno accorto!! Organizzazione e pulizia (bagni compresi) elevata. It was the second time that she went for a pickup. Alcuni medici mi hanno denigrato dicendo che non potevano fare nulla, non offrendomi soluzioni alternative e dicendo che il mio problema non è poi così grave. Se permetti, decido io cosa è grave per me o meno. 3 settimane fa feci invece una visita oculistica a Rovereto e il medico sbagliò completamente i valori del mio occhio sinistro. Mi sono accorta solo quando ho ritirato gli occhiali. Fortunatamente, l'ottica dove sono andata mi ha rifatto la visita e la lente, senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Altrimenti, avrei dovuto pagare di nuovo e i costi non sono così bassi e soprattutto le tempistiche tra cup e altre cose, non sono immediate. Propongo di essere più professionali, la salute non è uno scherzo e bisognerebbe imparare anche a parlare con un paziente che soffre per problemi che si porta da una vita. Spero di non avere più bisogno di andare da loro. 3 years ago I went to the Trento health center to solve some scarring problems. Some doctors have denigrated me saying that they could not do anything, not offering me alternative solutions and saying that my problem is not that serious. If you allow, I decide what is serious for me or not. 3 weeks ago I instead had an eye examination in Rovereto and the doctor completely mistaken the values of my left eye. I only noticed when I picked up the glasses. Fortunately, the optic I went to made the visit and the lens again, at no additional cost. Otherwise, I would have to pay again and the costs are not that low and especially the timing between cup and other things, are not immediate. I propose to be more professional, health is not a joke and we should also learn to talk to a patient who suffers from problems he has had for a lifetime. I hope I don't need to go to them anymore.

Quando ho preso appuntamento la segreteria ha detto che tutti i medici erano preparati per fare trattamenti laser non esplicitando che loro non possedevano presso la loro sede il laser per trattare il problema per cui avevo richiesto la consulenza. Solo in sede di visita apprendo dal medico che mi sarei dovuta recare fuori regione presso un altro ambulatorio privato per fare il trattamento con un laser che al Cst di Tn non era disponibile. Credo che non sia corretto non dire al momento della prenotazione per una visita da più di 100€ che poi i trattamenti non si possono fare presso quella sede. Only during the visit do I learn from the doctor that I would have to go outside the region to another private clinic to do the treatment with a laser that was not available at the Cst of Tn. I think it is not correct not to say when booking for a visit of more than € 100 that the treatments cannot be done at that location.
