Magari usare la sala d'attesa (che è li in bella mostra) e invitare i clienti ad usarla, sarebbe un servizio in più!

Maybe use the waiting room (which is on display there) and invite customers to use it, it would be an extra service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obbligatorio prenotare, ma una volta dentro i ragazzi sono velocissimi e preparati, la revisione (auto, scooter, van etc) viene fatta con tutte le accortezze del caso, pazientemente ti consigliano per i piccoli inconvenienti. A Cesena per me il migliore ( ci vado da più di un decennio)
Reservations are required, but once inside the kids are very quick and prepared, the review (car, scooter, van etc) is done with all the necessary precautions, patiently advising you for small inconveniences. In Cesena the best for me (I've been going there for over a decade)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La revisione in sé (su appuntamento ovviamente) non è stata male; peccato che l'attesa per la compilazione dei moduli di avvenuta revisione sia durata più della revisione stessa!!
Come non bastasse alla fine ti chiedono di fare le varie firme senza precisare che una è facoltativa e riguarda solo il permesso di vendere i tuoi dati a fini pubblicitari,
Ciliegiona sulla torta alla fine tentano pure di venderti una polizza assicurazione (ma sono piazzisti o meccanici??).
In conclusione: operatività sotto la media, serietà scarsa.
Risposta al proprietario:
La firma di privacy facoltativa va segnalata AD OBBLIGO DI LEGGE. Uno deve poter sapere quali sono le firme obbligatorie e quali no, PRIMA di firmare!
Per ciò che riguarda la richiesta fattami se ero interessato all'assicurazione, in italiano quello si chiama TENTARE di piazzare una polizza assicurativa.
In quanto alla votazione da una stella è un mio diritto, e rientra nella natura stessa di questo servizio di Google; se tutti fossero obbligati a mettere 5 stelle la cosa non avrebbe più senso. Quindi segnali pure a Google, non le servirà a niente, se non a confermare il vostro atteggiamento arrogante e presuntuoso.
The review itself (by appointment of course) wasn't bad; pity that the wait for the completion of the revision forms lasted longer than the revision itself !!
What's more, in the end they ask you to make the various signatures without specifying that one is optional and only concerns the permission to sell your data for advertising purposes,
Cherry on the cake at the end they also try to sell you an insurance policy (but are they salesmen or mechanics?).
In conclusion: below average operations, poor seriousness.
Response to owner:
The optional privacy signature must be reported as required by law. One must be able to know which signatures are mandatory and which are not, BEFORE signing!
As for the request made to me if I was interested in insurance, in Italian that is called TRYING to place an insurance policy.
As for one star rating, it is my right, and it is within the very nature of this Google service; if everyone were forced to put 5 stars it would no longer make sense. So go ahead and signal to Google, it won't do you any good, except to confirm your arrogant and presumptuous attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro revisioni più somigliante ad un autodemolizione, carcasse di auto da demolire sparse per il piazzale, immondizia ovunque (persino negli uffici) e di conseguenza concentrazione di zanzare abbondantemente sopra la norma. 40 minuti per la revisione mi sembrano un po' eccessivi. Inammissibile un tale disordine in un posto frequentato dal pubblico.
Sconsigliato.
Revision center more similar to a car demolition, car carcasses to be demolished scattered around the square, garbage everywhere (even in the offices) and consequently a concentration of mosquitoes abundantly above the norm. 40 minutes for review seems a bit excessive to me. Such a disorder in a place frequented by the public is inadmissible.
Not recommended.
