Una stella in meno perchè anche altri amici e conoscenti hanno ricevuto comunicazioni di questo genere pur non dovendo effettuare alcun intervento e per una certa lentezza nell'effettuare lo stesso pur essendo praticamente l'unico cliente presente in officina in quel momento.
